PEGASUS™ A NEW ERA IN CLEANING BLADE TECHNOLOGY

The History Of Pegasus
Due to extensive expansion in PU blade business a new PU formulation has been developed.
The PU blade utilises bonding technology rather than the moulding process used by most other manufacturers.
Over a six month period and with extensive research, development and testing Pegasus was born.
Pegasus Technology can now be found on all of Techline Laser Cartridge Drum Cleaning blade products.

Pegasus Benefits
20% Lower Coefficient Of Friction.
10 - 22% Less Drum Wear.
15 - 20% Improved Compression Set.
Higher Abrasion Resistance.
Sonic Dampening Properties.
Improved Clarity And Finish.
Improved Function Edge Quality.
Lower Start Up Torque.

Setting Properties
An Improved compression set helps to keep the correct drum line force throughout the cartridge life.
The dampening properties of “Pegasus” help to reduce sonic squeaking and ensure even load distribution across the whole drum surface.
